Seaman & Petty Officer 3rd Class Advancement

I would like to congratulate those cadets who got advanced to Seaman and some to PO3. It was a huge step and lots of dedication to take but you've made it! I'm so proud that you were willing to step up and improve yourself in achieving these positions. You've actually grown a lot compared to the beginning of the school year and I believe that you also gained a lot of new skill that would help you in the future. Keep it up!
