Cashlie Valbrun (Operations XO)

 

My name is Cashlie Valbrun and my position is Operations XO. An operator at NJROTC is responsible for coordinating various activities and operations within the unit. They are able to assist in planning and executing training exercises, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth communication.This job is responsible for the activities we know such as bake sales, field trips, NJROTC events/activities, etc. I enjoy mini projects that involve creativity and problem solving activities like puzzles and riddles. I see myself as a positive beam of light that takes school work seriously and finishes work I've been assigned to do even when I don't feel like it. This position will be a great memorable experience that will allow me to grow from it since it's not an easy path to follow. I will feel like an accomplished human being and a responsible young adult as I grow with this position. In order for my role to be played out correctly and fundamentally true, I would need to check in with others and complete what needs to be done on time.
